A mobile app that allows architects manage their daily business

Overview

Architects struggle managing their business follow ups, as it's huge amount of paper work. As most creative people they are totally into their work. Beamie is a mobile solution for architects to follow their orders, invoices, suppliers and mainly commissions.
On business side the goal was to create a mobile app that will allow the entrepreneurs to use the stage for the advertising slots.

As a product designer I was in charge to create a user flow as well as a visual language of the app.

Challenge

Solution

Our users are mainly middle aged women, highly intelligent, though in many cases technologically challenged. 
We needed to create a very easy-to-use app that will allow them not just manage with the paper/accounting work, but also make the effort seamless.

In one of first conversations, we said although it's hard sometimes to use apps for a paper work, but every one uses Instagramm and orders food from Wolt.
So mainly we wanted to create a similar experience - easy way to allow out users to see their projects, drill down into suppliers, orders and mainly get notifies on commissions.
